25 years of experience, including 15 on the client side in marketing, working on brand relaunch and product innovation projects.
Then 10 years leading an independent media agency — Mediaplus, launched in France — building a team of 35 people. Marion steered strategy for brands such as BMW (digital), the Andros group (Bonne Maman, Andros…), iconic B2B tech brands such as Payfit and Qonto, and the URGO health group.
Marion is passionate about entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship — about the idea of growing businesses, finding the right levers and supporting those who are building something.
